Your first hour, step by step
2 · Immigration formalities
Proceed to the arrivals hall for immigration processing and follow official signage and staff directions. Requirements are set by the authorities and can change.
3 · Baggage reclaim
Collect checked baggage from the carousel indicated for your flight, and check tags before leaving the hall.
4 · Customs
Complete any customs formalities as directed by officials on the day.
5 · Meet and greet
In the public arrivals area, your driver waits at the meeting point confirmed to you in writing before departure, holding a name board.
6 · Pickup and transfer
Your driver walks with you to the vehicle and departs for your hotel. Travel time depends on traffic on the day.
Where your driver meets you
We confirm the exact meeting point in writing before your flight, along with your driver's name, phone number and vehicle description. If plans change on the day, message us on WhatsApp and we will re-coordinate.
Airport pickup process
- We monitor your flight number for schedule changes.
- Your driver waits with a name board in the public arrivals area.
- Waiting time allowances are agreed in your confirmation.
- One vehicle per booking unless otherwise quoted.
Airport drop-off
- We agree a hotel pickup time with generous traffic buffers.
- Your driver assists with luggage to the terminal entrance.
- Escort beyond public areas is not possible.
- Check-in cut-off times are set by your airline.
